Despite all the challenges that 2020 has caused to the aviation industry, we have been gratified to see many pilot training organizations join the FlightLogger family. More than 30 academies have been added to our list of partners this last year.

We are thrilled to present yet another one, the Australian Aviation Alliance, going live with FlightLogger just before the holidays.

Providing pilot training to four Chinese airline companies

Australian Aviation Alliance was founded in 2017 and today runs four aviation schools from their headquarters in Mildura, Victoria. With a fleet of 46 aircraft and 3 simulators, Australian Aviation Alliance offers a wide range of pilot training programs. With CASA/CAAC international accreditation in the bag, Australian Aviation Alliance’s main training operations consist of CPL programs for cadets coming from four different airline companies in China.

Growth prospects meant a scalable platform was needed

Having already forecasted a substantial growth once borders starts to reopen, Charles Chen of Australian Aviation Alliance was on the lookout for a digital platform to serve as a strong foundation to help them meet their expected growth demands, when he found FlightLogger back in September 2020. “It was important for us to find a highly scalable platform from a partner that we would be able to establish a long-lasting partnership with. After receiving a demo and discussing our needs with FlightLogger and then comparing it to the alternatives, my colleagues and I were convinced by their overall approach to managing daily flight school operations. It was simply a great solution to fit our needs”, Charles Chen explains.

Three months later on, Australian Aviation Alliance is now ready to go live with FlightLogger as the fifth Australian pilot training organization in total. Adding four new aviation schools to the tally, a total of ten individual schools are now using the FlightLogger platform in Australia.

“We’re genuinely proud but also very humbled by the fact that Charles and his colleagues have chosen to use FlightLogger”, FlightLogger CEO Kenneth Jeppesen says. “It’s another milestone reached, and more than that, it’s one more confirmation that our solution is a great fit for pilot training organizations in any region of the world.”

At FlightLogger, we would like to send a warm welcome to everybody at Australian Aviation Alliance.
