This winter has so far been a busy one for the implementation team at FlightLogger. A great deal of flight academies are currently lining up to be cleared for onboarding and go live on the digital platform. One of the academies who is getting ready to take off with FlightLogger is London-based Jet Masterclass who thereby becomes the 10th English FlightLogger partner in total.

Two factors made it easy for Jet Masterclass to pick FlightLogger’s training management platform: Quality and Brexit.

Jet Masterclass

About Jet Masterclass

In 2017, Jet Masterclass moved into its current facilities in the London Gatwick area to capitalize on the globally growing need for pilots, which still exists despite the challenges caused by Covid19.

When looking at how Jet Masterclass present themselves, it’s clear that they have a straightforward approach to their mission of improving training by representing the highest industry standards. With their elitePILOT™ training programmes designed to feed the airline industry with best quality, airline-ready pilots and instructors, Jet Masterclass is regarded as one of the leading Approved Training Organizations in England.

It’s easy to find examples of the high standards on which Jet Masterclass is based. “For example, when students train with us, we as a standard send them to one of our satellite locations – normally Boeing – to train in a full-motion simulator for at least 4 hours during our APS MCC course”, explains Frank Jukes who is a joint owner and director of Jet Masterclass. This is just one of many examples that everything inside Jet Masterclass is ruthlessly orientated around quality.

Regulatory complexities following Brexit were key to choosing FlightLogger

Besides the general quality aspect, Frank and his colleagues also had some very specific challenges to solve following Brexit: “We are delighted to be partnering with FlightLogger to enable better visibility and management of our busy ATO operation. Due to the regulatory complexities of Brexit, and now managing both UK and EASA approvals in parallel, we needed a training management system with the strength to manage multiple resources in different locations, but with simplicity at its heart to enable a smooth implementation for our Instructor workforce. FlightLogger have provided excellent support to date, with tailored and effective training, and we look forward to the formal rollout in March 2022”, says Frank Jukes.

The fact that FlightLogger was picked based on such criteria makes FlightLogger CEO Kenneth Jeppesen even happier to welcome FlightLogger’s newest partner. “Frank and his team have obviously been doing their research before selecting our flight training management platform. Jet Masterclass shares the same focus on quality as we do, and the fact that they selected our platform for solving their multi-location challenges proves they understand the underlying values of FlightLogger”, says Kenneth Jeppesen.

Jet Masterclass joins FlightLogger as the 10th partner from England in total. We at FlightLogger wish all students, instructors, staff and management a warm welcome to the FlightLogger family when they go live in March.
