Things are going well at FlightLogger. Every month, new pilot training organizations join as partners and new features are added to our digital platform at quite a pace. With the success also comes a lot of responsibility for taking good care of our partners.

Providing a specialized software solution for a niche industry like the pilot training industry involves a lot of attention to our partners’ daily operations and challenges. Each day, our partner success team is deeply involved in helping our existing partners get the most out of their platform through partner training, webinars, and ongoing partner care – while at the same time helping new partners get a smooth onboarding experience when joining us.

Believe us when we say our colleagues in partner success are working hard!

Introducing Rasmus Bøje – our new Partner Success Manager

So, as the number of FlightLogger partners keeps growing at an impressive speed, we are now strengthening our organization to make sure we can help create even more success for even more partners. Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Rasmus Bøje as our new Partner Success Manager at FlightLogger.

Rasmus comes with an impressive background in aviation, since he has been a flight instructor and pilot at various airlines since 2006. Just like the rest of our partner success team, he therefore knows the world of aviation inside out, which has been vital in our decision to add Rasmus to our team.

Apart from that, Rasmus is just a super friendly guy who can’t wait to get started on helping our partners using all his aviation experience.

Partner success is vital to our strategy

It’s no secret that adding more muscle to our partner success team helps us continue our current path where many training organizations join us and very few, if any, leave us.

We are convinced that this can only be achieved by continuously helping our partners make their own successes. After all, it’s no coincidence that our partners in average grew by 55% in the 3 years leading up to the Corona virus. The last 15 months have been tough for the entire industry, but looking broadly across our partners, we are happy to see the shape they are in.

We don’t want to take any credit for that. Instead, we’ll just conclude that the clever organizations who have coped well with the challenges apparently tend to choose our solution 😉

Welcome Rasmus, we are excited to have you on the team.
