This month, the Debrecen based pilot training organization PHARMAFLIGHT completed the implementation of the cloud-based FlightLogger flight school management platform. PHARMAFLIGHT thereby became the second Hungarian school to choose FlightLogger’s market-leading solution for managing their flight school operations.
Although PHARMAFLIGHT only has a short history operating as a training organization, it is part of a recognized partnership with the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and The University of Debrecen, where PHARMAFLIGHT serves as an outsourced department of the university. Additionally, PHARMAFLIGHT serves as a research partner of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), carrying out scientific research work on the medical, physiological, and mental health of flight crews.
The training organization holds an impressive fleet of simulators, aircraft, and training facilities and they expect FlightLogger to be used by approximately 150 students on a daily basis.
Online demo lead to a quick decision
It was not until August 2020 that the dialogue between PHARMAFLIGHT and FlightLogger was really initiated. Until then, the school had relied on its own solution for managing operations, but after seeing an online demo of FlightLogger, company management was already convinced and made an extraordinarily quick decision. “We were so delighted with what we saw that we actually decided for FlightLogger the very same day”, Andrea Wasser of PHARMAFLIGHT explained.
Just six weeks after the decision to implement FlightLogger, PHARMAFLIGHT had completed the implementation and onboarding and was ready to go live. “It has been an absolute pleasure working with PHARMAFLIGHT on getting their training programs and entire setup loaded into FlightLogger. They have been dedicated to getting everything ready which always makes implementation and training efficient”, says FlightLogger implementation consultant Martin Mikkelsen.
