Ballarat Aero Club joins FlightLogger and becomes the 3rd customer in Australia!
Ballarat Aero Club is a big aeroclub located just one and a half-hour drive from Melbourne, based at the GA airport just outside of Ballarat City. Even though the name reflects an aeroclub they do a lot more than “just” recreational flying, with a training organization supporting all from RPL, IR, FI and all the way up to a commercial pilot license.
After deciding to go digital with FlightLogger, Ballarat Aero Club quickly gathered all relevant flight training manuals and business information, which was added to the Flight Training Management platform by FlightLogger staff. When the account was fully ready, FlightLogger staff traveled to Ballarat Aero Club headquarter for a two-day training session and are now able to provide a fully digital experience for all employees, students, and management.
FlightLogger believe in the value of a face-to-face relationship with our customers, hence, when the account was ready, Martin from the implementation team traveled all the way from Denmark to Australia, to train both the management and their instructors and also to provide any necessary assistance for Ballarat Aero Club in the process of becoming ready to their new digital life with FlightLogger.
FlightLogger strives to minimize the hassle of starting with new software and therefore handles the implementation of all required flight training data on the platform, letting the ATO/AOC focus on providing a good service. We currently have more than 85 ATOs from 34 countries who have gone digital with our personalized implementation structure, which proves that a digital transformation is achievable for all kind of flight training organizations.
FlightLogger welcomes Ballarat Aero Club and we are looking forward to providing a fully digital experience for all students, instructors, and staff.
