As FlightLogger’s family of flight training organizations continues to grow, we’re enhancing our business team by welcoming a new colleague to our Implementation and Client Success team. Allow us to introduce Michael Rasmussen, who has recently become a part of the FlightLogger team.
Unlike our other team members, Michael’s background isn’t in aviation. Instead, he brings a wealth of experience in client success management, gained from his previous role at a successful SaaS provider. We believe that combining his fresh perspective with our aviation expertise will enable FlightLogger to offer an even more exceptional service to our clients. This is why we’re excited to have Michael on board.
Currently, Michael is immersing himself in the aviation training industry, learning from his new colleagues. Soon, he’ll be actively engaging with both new and existing clients. We’re confident that his contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the overall client experience at FlightLogger.
