It was co-founder and CEO Arnaud Chaibi who quickly identified that if Paris Flight Training were to achieve their growth ambition, they needed to exchange the training management system they inherited from the former Airways College with something better:

During the first year, Paris Flight Training has worked to incorporate competency-based training and assessment principles to make pilot students ready for the airlines.
