One of Europes most exciting new flight training academies has just opened their operations in France. Paris Flight Training is ready to conquer a fair share of the European pilot training market, and switching to FlightLogger’s training management platform was a natural part of the ambitious plan. Paris Flight Training thereby joins as the 4th FlightLogger partner in France.
Last year, a promising new French pilot academy was established when Paris Flight Training acquired the former Airways College. With 180 students already on the roster and big growth ambitions for the future, Paris Flight Training choosing FlightLogger for managing their training operations is a great recognition of FlightLogger’s position as the leading provider of flight training management software.
About Paris Flight Training
Even though Paris Flight Training has a very short history that only goes a year back, it is already fully operative with 180 students, 15 aircraft, and several simulators. The academy recently achieved its ATO status and it currently offers ab initio training with plans to add type rating, cabin crew training and rental of aircraft and simulators from next summer.
Insisting on the highest level of quality and professionalism, the new training organization headquartered in Paris with a total of 4 bases is set to make a big impact on pilot training in France.
Need for user-friendly workflows and record-keeping made Paris Flight Training switch to FlightLogger
It was co-founder and CEO Arnaud Chaibi who quickly identified that if Paris Flight Training were to achieve their growth ambition, they needed to exchange the training management system they inherited from the former Airways College with something better:
“We aim to make Paris Flight Training one of the best training academies in the world. To achieve that, we need a user-friendly management platform that truly facilitates all the daily operations of a professional flight training organization. It should efficiently support our daily workflows while also keeping record of all our activities. That’s why we have decided to switch the daily training management system on all our bases to FlightLogger”, says Arnaud Chaidi of Paris Flight Training.
Competency-based framework will help Paris Flight Training prepare students for the future
During the first year, Paris Flight Training has worked to incorporate competency-based training and assessment principles to make pilot students ready for the airlines. Arnaud Chaibi believes FlightLogger’s intelligent CBTA framework will fit with this perfectly, which is one more reason why he and his management colleagues decided to switch to FlightLogger’s digital solution.
Paris Flight Training identifying FlightLogger as the platform they need to achieve their growth ambitions makes FlightLogger CEO, Kenneth Jeppesen very pleased. “It confirms the development we see from our existing partners in that they statistically grow in number of students when using our system. We can’t take all credit for that – but it tells us that many of the well-driven training organizations tend to choose our solution, which is just as positive for me”, says Kenneth Jeppesen.
A warm welcome to the FlightLogger family to everybody at Paris Flight Training.
