As we approach the end of 2020, we are thrilled to welcome Heli Protection Europe as the first Italian helicopter school joining as a FlightLogger partner, thereby increasing the total tally of Italian pilot academies using FlightLogger to four.
Located at the G. Ciuffelli airport just 80 kilometers north of Rome, Heli Protection Europe was founded in 2009 with the purpose of creating an innovative center of excellence for flight training. From their hangar built in the 1930s, the academy offers a wide range of private and commercial pilot training programs from a fleet of helicopters, airplanes, simulators, and even RPAS (drones).
FlightLogger workflow a great fit for our operations
It was Heli Protection Europe’s head of training Stefano Bianchetti who was highly recommended to FlightLogger by contact from another flight school. “We were in search of a digital platform to manage our daily operations and FlightLogger sounded like a potentially perfect solution, so I decided to request an online demo of the platform. The demo described a workflow that suited our way of operating perfectly, and it was enough to convince my colleagues and me that FlightLogger suited our needs very well. So, within a week, we had made the decision to implement the platform”, Stefano Bianchetti explains.
To FlightLogger CEO Kenneth Jeppesen it means a lot every time a new partner joins the family. “But getting someone on board based on another school recommending our solution always adds some extra gratification, and at the same time it motivates us to work even harder to not disappoint Stefano and his colleagues since it’s not only our name that’s on stake but also the schools that recommend us”, says Kenneth Jeppesen.
At FlightLogger, we’re pleased and humbled to welcome Heli Protection Europe as the newest member of our growing family.
