Mid- July, Iroise Aéro Formation went live with FlightLogger’s flight school management platform. IAF is now the third academy in France to come onboard FlightLogger’s platform just this year.
Iroise Aéro Formation is a pilot academy based out of Brest Airport in France and has been up and running since 2007. They are unique in that they are one of the first flight schools to immediately embark on the path of sustainable development and have chosen to operate only modern, less polluting planes and to use flight simulators when at all possible. They even adhere to rules of conduct that minimize noise pollution as much as possible.
It was time to make the switch to FlightLogger
While IAF was making plans to grow their operation and build up an AOC, they discovered that their current existing digital solution would not suffice and needed a better-suited solution for the growth they are hoping to achieve. Therefore, they started exploring other options and discovered FlightLogger based on a customer referral from another academy that has been using the Danish-based platform for over a year now. After seeing all of FlightLogger’s capabilities, there was no hesitation that it was the right solution for their needs.
First academy for FlightLogger to travel and provide on-site training post Covid-19.
FlightLogger’s implementation consultant, Martin was pleased to be able to finalize the implementation of FlightLogger’s cloud-based solution on-site after the COVID-19 outbreak caused a sudden interruption and closing of borders. Even though we are still in the middle of the corona pandemic, not only are more schools re-opening their operations but also more borders are also re-opening, therefore allowing for on-site training again which FlightLogger prefers as it has proven to be the best start for our new customers. Martin agrees as he says, “there is more of a connection with being able to meet and train new customers in person. It also allows for a higher quality of training which is otherwise harder to achieve just by carrying out online.”
At FlightLogger, we welcome Iroise Aéro Formation and thank them for switching to our platform during their time of growth.
