In October 2018, HM Aerospace (HMA) went digital with FlightLogger and increased the Malaysian contingent on our customer map to 4 ATOs

HMA is a Malaysia Flight Training Academy that is a member of the Halim Mazmin Group. HMA is providing world-class training and their training center is one of the preferred facilities for the cadet pilots of Malaysia Airlines (MAS). At FlightLogger we are proud to team up with HMA and provide the Flight Training Management platform for managing their ATO activities.

The beautiful, serene and legendary island of Langkawi is the home of HMAs training center, which is situated right next to the Langkawi International Airport and carries a capacity to train over 200 cadet pilots per year. The HMA fleet consist of the French built Socata TB-10 Tobago GT, Austrian built Diamond DA-40 TDI & DA-42 Twin Star. Also, HMA provides their student pilots with an ALSIM AL200-DA42 FNPT II Flight Simulator to improve the quality of training and transition to type training with airlines.

After being presented to the benefits and functionality of our market-leading Flight Training Management software, HMA decided on FlightLogger to provide their managers, instructors, and students with an integrated and digital ATO platform. After the HMA account was set up the HMA staff had a two-day training session at the Langkawi base and went live shortly after.
