On Aug 27th 2018, IFA Aviation Training Center went digital with FlightLogger and put Portugal on the ever-expanding customer map

The FlightLogger team is proud that IFA has chosen its cloud-based flight school management software. We are committed to giving IFAs team of fully certified professionals a great digital experience via the FlightLogger platform!

By choosing FlightLogger as their new Training Management System IFA becomes the first digital ATO in Portugal.

IFA operates out of Municipal Aerodrome of Cascais, 20km west of the Lisbon centre and offers courses for Pilots, Airline companies and Cabin Crew. FlightLogger will support IFAs daily education of future pilots through their broad range of courses.

IFA is among other things specialized in Type Rating courses, certified for B737, B757, 767, B777, A320, Hawker 900XP and ATR42/72 while also covering Ab initio training with their Integrated ATPL (A), PPL, CPL, MEP, IR(A) etc. Additionally, IFA offers customized training tailored to the needs of its clients.

After only one presentation of FlightLogger IFA decided to implement FlightLogger and digitalize their training department. IFA gathered the required information, which FlightLogger staff used to set up the new IFA FlightLogger account. Then a two-day training session of staff at IFAs location followed, after which the ATO was ready to go live.

Hence from Aug 27th, IFA will be providing an optimised digital experience to all managers, instructors and students.
