The Role:

We are seeking a Client Success Manager with experience from the world of SaaS solutions and maybe a passion for aviation to join our team. This role involves presenting our innovative software to flight schools around the world, managing the onboarding and training of new clients, and making sure they continually get the maximum value of using our software. This position is perfect for anyone who strives for excellence though teamwork and who loves travelling as part of their job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present FlightLogger’s SaaS solutions to potential clients, highlighting how we can transform their flight training programs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective training for management, flight instructors and other personnel.
  • Participate in exhibitions around the world (destinations include Orlando, Montreal, Singapore, Berlin, London, Madrid, and more).
  • Learn the ropes of client presentations and onboarding alongside our team before taking on independent responsibilities.
  • Utilize Hubspot and Trello, among other tools, to efficiently manage client relationships and tasks.
  • Solve support issues together with the rest of the team.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a trustworthy attitude.
  • Experience with nurturing clients and creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Flair for digital solutions.
  • Knowledge about the world of aviation is great but not a must.
  • Experience with pitching SaaS solutions and maybe even with onboarding/training.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with around 80 travel days per year.

We offer a competitive salary including lunch and social events throughout the year. The position is full-time (working onsite from our office in Aarhus C when you are not travelling to somewhere in the world).
