Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional with extensive industry knowledge to join our team in an exciting role responsible for the entire US market. As our new Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new name sales for our SaaS solution nationwide. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to significantly impact and exceed our ambitious growth targets in a vast market that is just beginning to recognize the value of our unique SaaS solution.

You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your experience in SaaS sales, ideally within the aviation training sector, will be instrumental in your success. While you will collaborate with our dedicated sales team in Denmark and report to our Head of Sales & Marketing, you are expected to independently drive your sales activities. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential new clients within our target market to generate leads and opportunities. Qualify inbound leads and prospects via phone and email.
  • Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies for lead generation, supported by our sales & marketing team at our headquarters in Aarhus Denmark.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy new name sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Report and record all sales activities in our Hubspot CRM system.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop compelling product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations. Attend trade shows and customer events.
  • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to close deals and secure new business contracts.
  • Sales Targets and KPIs: Ensure weekly/monthly sales quotas and expected KPIs are achieved.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably of SaaS solutions, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the aviation training industry, including key players, trends, and challenges. Ideally, you already possess a well-established network within the industry.
  • Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.
  • Client Relationship Building: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering optimized solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating the value of software solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques with a history of successfully closing deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.

  • Location: Ideally, you will be based in our office in Orlando, Florida. However, we are flexible as the role involves significant travel.
